I work with adults who feel their past experiences are holding them back from becoming their most authentic selves. Using traditional talk therapy, EMDR, and parts work, I support clients in better understanding the roots of present-day anxiety, relationship struggles, addiction, and other distress, and using that knowledge to carve out a positive path forward.

  • Individual Psychotherapy

    I support clients in better understanding the roots of present-day anxiety, relationship struggles, substance use, and other distress. We work on developing boundaries, improving communication in relationships, navigating life transitions, and strengthening self-esteem.

  • Trauma Therapy & EMDR

    Navigating life with unresolved trauma can be extremely challenging. I provide a safe and supportive space for clients to work through their past experiences and find relief from trauma’s lasting effects. Using a variety of tools including talk therapy, EMDR, and parts work, I support clients in healing from acute, developmental, and complex trauma.

  • Substance Use & Addiction Counseling

    I am a Licensed Addiction Counselor in the state of Colorado. I help clients examine and unravel the reasons for their substance use, while also helping increase pattern awareness and develop stronger coping mechanisms to make healthier choices day to day.

  • Psychedelic Integration

    Psychedelic experiences can be enlightening tools to help us heal from trauma and feel more connected to ourselves. These journeys can also be confusing and overwhelming in how much they uncover. I provide psychedelic integration services for those seeking to make sense of transformational or spiritual experiences from psychedelic journeys and incorporate subsequent changes into their lives.
