Trauma & EMDR Therapy
Navigating life with unresolved trauma is challenging.
Therapy offers a safe and supportive space to work through past experiences and find relief from trauma’s lasting effects. Using tools like talk therapy, EMDR, and parts work, I support clients in healing from acute, developmental, and complex trauma.

What is EMDR Therapy?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured approach that helps you process and heal from trauma. By using guided eye movements or other forms of gentle stimulation, EMDR helps reduce the emotional charge of painful memories, making them easier to manage. It’s a powerful tool for working through trauma, PTSD, and anxiety, allowing you to move forward with more peace and emotional balance.
EMDR is different than talk therapy, but can be woven into a talk therapy relationship to address trauma that may be difficult to process through conversation alone, helping to release emotional blocks and promote healing more quickly

Intensives
I also offer EMDR intensives, which are extended sessions designed to help you make faster progress by diving deeper into trauma and processing more material in a shorter amount of time.
If you're ready to dive deep into your healing but don’t have time for weekly sessions, an intensive allows you to process trauma and emotional wounds in a condensed, focused format.
An EMDR intensive can be individualized for your needs.
It may look like:
Day 1: 2-hour intake and prep session
Day 2:
AM: 3-hour EMDR session
1 hour lunch break
PM: 3-hour EMDR session
Day 3: 2-hour reflection and integration session
