Catie Tobin, MS, LPCC, LAC, MPH

I’m an integrative therapist focused on helping adults understand and release the self beliefs and unprocessed trauma at the root of their present day distress. I approach therapy from a person-centered, trauma-informed, and psychodynamic lens.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in global public health, outdoor adventure, and experiential mental health.

Outside of work, I love to be in nature, read memoirs, travel, see live music, and spend hours doing crossword puzzles.
